On April 30, 2020, in the “ May lst Labour Medal” commendation conference held by Wuxi federation of trade unions, Zeng Xiaoqin of the Company Curing Workshop, Production Department won the honorable title of Wuxi City “May lst Labour Medal”.
Zeng Xiaoqin, an ordinary curer of the company, has kept improving herself and performed with due diligence for seventeen years of work. To her colleagues, she would like to act as a helper. In work, she is strict with herself, remains true to the original aspiration and works hard in her ordinary position as always. She devotes herself without reservation and sprinkles her wisdom and sweat for the company development with assiduity.
In 2012, Jiangyin factory restored to production and faced the difficulty of personnel shortage, especially specialized coating worker. Zeng Xiaoqin was obligated to respond to the call of the company playing the role of old worker “passing on experience” and passed her knowledge and technique to other shift workers without reservation. With her guidance and help, all 6 workers in her shift totally made themselves master in technology and their shift became the first coated rubber stopper technical team. The products produced by them were stable in quality and free of defects and complaint. With gradual growth of the company coating team, Zeng Xiaoqin could still maintain the most excellent position in today’s coated rubber shopper production team. She devotes herself into ordinary work with a thankful heart, keeps urging herself to unremittingly pursue self-renewa, work hard and constantly studies and improves her work technique. Her conscientious attitude has helped and stimulated numerous Hualan colleagues.
May is the season when the flowers bloom luxuriantly and is a festival for workers to win honors. Zeng Xiaoqin deserves this special honor “May lst Labour Medal”. All Hualan staffs would take Zeng Xiaoqin as an example to create a strong atmosphere of advocating labor, respecting labor, diligence and dedication and selfless contribution, making greater contribution to boost company development.
Labor creates happiness; labor makes dreams come true. Allowing the spirit of model workers to carry forward is the best celebration to the May 1st International Workers' Day. We should learn from models of this era and vigorously promote the spirit of model workers and the craftsmanship spirit, stick to the post of duty and do each ordinary work well and nicely, keep our resolve and keep improving ourselves to contribute to Hualan high quality development and even strive to become a new type of people taking on the mission of “manufacturing power”.
