Intelligent (Top Quality) Production Line

The merchants and their team arrived at Hualan's intelligent (top quality) production line, which adheres to the high standards designed towards the concept of "Zero Defects", with international top production processes and integrating highly automated, digital, and GMP operation management, as well as is the high configuration for meeting the highest quality pursuit of packaging series products for various high-end injections in all aspects: "Hualan Star".

Hualan has designed the segmented production in the pharmaceutical packaging material industry to be the automated and connected production. The design of intelligent workshops is mainly to build a digital factory with fewer people (reducing 60%), introduce the automated operating equipment, use a central control system to control the entire production process, and keep records for easy traceability.

Simultaneously introducing high-end imported equipment, the production mode is divided into two stages according to the production method of intelligent workshops. According to the same batch order, the linkage production of semi-finished products is superior to the segmented production, which can shorten the production cycle by 40%, improve per capita efficiency, and reduce artifact pollution. The entire production process is controlled according to GMP standards in the workshop to maximize product quality and enhance product competitiveness.

Pre-filledPackaging Material Series Production Line

Subsequently, the merchants and their team arrived at the pre-filled packaging series production line (Project Voyage), which is positioned in the production of various high-quality and high standard pre-filled packaging materials (insulin injection pen gasket/piston products; pre-filled syringe piston and protective cap products; COP/COC), as well as future new packaging materials & complex high-end medical device seals, and give itself a mission to maximize the substitution of imported pre-filled packaging materials, stabilize the supply chain, extend and strengthen the chain, benefiting the people.

The pre-filled packaging material workshop is a standardized, intelligent, energy-saving and environmentally friendly production workshop built in accordance with GMP standards (efficient refrigeration station, primary air compression station, wastewater recovery & treatment 98%). The entire production planning area of Project Voyage workshop is 11000 square meters, including: insulin injection pen gasket/piston products; pre- filled syringe piston and protective cap products; COP/COC.

In addition, the merchants and experts also visited Hualan's production hall, quality laboratory, technical analysis room, water treatment system, and mold workshop. Hualan adheres to the best international operating methods from factory design to construction, equipment selection, and product validation.
